Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising, as provided for under U.S. state privacy laws.

California Privacy Rights (CPRA)

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives California residents the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information. Under the CPRA:

If you are a California resident, you have the right to direct us not to sell or share your personal information at any time.

Our Practice

PCS Calculator does not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by the CPRA.

We work with affiliate marketing networks (MaxBounty and FlexOffers) to earn commissions when you click affiliate links and complete qualifying actions on advertiser websites. This affiliate click-tracking is commission attribution — it is not a sale or sharing of your personal data as defined by the CPRA. The affiliate networks collect click event data (such as IP address, browser type, and referring page) directly from your browser under their own privacy policies when you click an affiliate link.

We also use Google Analytics and Google AdSense on this Site. Google may use data collected through these services for its own advertising purposes. To opt out of Google's interest-based advertising, visit Google Ad Settings.

For a complete description of how we collect and use data, please see our Privacy Policy.

Submit a Request

Even though we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, you may submit a request to confirm our data practices or to exercise any of your other California privacy rights (such as the right to know, right to delete, or right to correct).

To submit a request, please use our Contact page with the subject line "California Privacy Request". Your message should include:

We will verify your identity before processing your request and will respond within 45 days of receipt. If we need additional time (up to 90 days total), we will notify you within the initial 45-day period.

Authorized Agent

California residents may designate an authorized agent to submit a Do Not Sell/Share request or any other privacy rights request on their behalf. To use an authorized agent, the agent must provide written authorization signed by you demonstrating that they have permission to act on your behalf.

We may require you to verify your identity directly with us even when an authorized agent is used, to ensure that the request is legitimate and to protect against unauthorized requests.

Authorized agents should submit requests through our Contact page with the subject line "California Privacy Request — Authorized Agent" and include a copy of the written authorization.
