Every rate and rule this site calculates with, when it changed, and the document that establishes it. Newest first, with changes that have not yet taken effect listed separately and marked — the rate that applies to a move is the one in force on the day travel begins, not the newest one published. JTR §050203 says so explicitly for MALT, which is why this site keeps a dated schedule of rates rather than overwriting one.
Only changes traceable to a document appear here. Each entry names the regulation, bulletin or rate table behind it and links that document where it is publicly reachable. Where a change is reported but not yet in a document held here, the entry says so rather than stating it flatly — a changelog whose purpose is to demonstrate rigour cannot contain an entry taken on trust.
This is not a record of when pages were edited. It answers whether the underlying rule moved, which is the question a member with orders in hand actually has. A review that finds nothing to change is worth reporting and does not appear here as a change.
